Jennifer Aniston pitches Zone Diet means Trouble for Atkins Diet market share?

Ever popular  Zone Diet has created stark raving fans, including starlet Jennifer Aniston, but is it a flash in the pan or can it really knock out the Atkins diet plan?

Enter the Zone author, Dr. Barry Sears,  former researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) touts  the Zone as a venue where dieters  find themselves, “feeling alert, refreshed, and full of energy” or in the elusive Zone.

Inspired by inspired by Jennifer Aniston, many hopeful dieters have successfully followed the Zone Diet almost religiously. However, die hard Atkins diet swear that their high protein, low carb mantra is still the best diet plan on the market.

With a certain flare, the Zone Diet shares insight regarding the science and innovation of weight loss. But more than the weight loss aspect, the Zone woos consumers with the mantra that the Zone Diet is more about being healthy and well.

The Zone Diet uses the proven 40/30/30 portion for carbohydrates, protein and fats but in a more ‘ diet economical’ manner.

Another claim of the diet is that users are able to fight off muscle and joint inflammation widely considered to be responsible for individuals contracting serious illnesses and weight gain.

Nevertheless, it looks like both the Zone Diet as well as the Atkins Diet will both be highly successful among dieters looking for fast results in the years to come.

Atkins is not a high protein diet. It’s high fat, moderate protein, and low carb. Too much protein can cause weight gain. Not enough fat will leave you hungry.

  2. I really like it when folks get together and share opinions.
Great blog, continue the good work!
